Registration

• Registration fee includes taxes, coffee breaks, lunches for the 3 days of the conference, and welcome reception on 10/07/2023.
• The conference dinner on 12/03/2023 is offered for participants (regular attendee/student/postdoc), but you should still register by selecting the corresponding optional supplement during payment. Participants can further purchase up to two additional conference dinner for accompanying persons during payment.
• Registration is final after payment.

Student/postdoc accommodation 

**No more rooms available**

A limited number of rooms in university residence (CROUS) are available for students and postdocs at reduced price on a first come, first served basis. This option can be selected when proceeding to payment. The fee, 125 EUR, includes 4 nights (check-in: 09/07/23, check-out: 13/07/23), breakfasts and taxes.

These accommodations are only available to students and postdocs. If you choose this option while not belonging to any of these categories, your registration will be cancelled.

Payment method

Payment with credit card is possible but not with a CNRS purchase card.
