 Montpellier has two train stations: the Montpellier Saint-Roch station, located in the heart of the city, 200 meters from the Place de la Comédie, and the Montpellier Sud de France station, a TGV station outside the city.

GARE DE MONTPELLIER SAINT-ROCH

The Montpellier Saint-Roch train station is located right in the center of town, just 200 meters from the Place de la Comédie. You can get to all Montpellier districts by taking the local tramway lines, as well as by bus or taxi in front of the train station.

A new high speed train station in Montpellier

Aim : saving time on the journeys to and from Spain and Belgium, as well as Paris and Lyon.

The new TGV station is the pillar of this new multimodal exchange center, in the heart of the future Cambacérès district (innovation area where companies / start-ups, institutions of higher education, housing and natural areas will meet)

 

Access to the Montpellier Sud de France train station :

  • by bus: Shuttle TaM located at the stop "Place de France". Access to the bus shuttle with Tramway line 1 or Bus line 9.
  • by Navette Aéroport and line 106 from the transportation company"Hérault Transport"
  • by car: when on A709 take the exit 29, Montpellier Est, to the city-center then turn in odysseum.
